At Pacific Living Furniture, we strive to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process.

• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the item. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks from the shipping date. You will receive an estimated delivery date once your order is on its way.

• Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment and get real-time updates on its status.
